Key Responsibilities

• Advise investors on Dubai s latest off-plan launches and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international investors.
• Conduct client consultations to understand investment objectives and recommend suitable projects.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry through reservation and transaction completion.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of developer launches, payment plans, investment trends, and market performance.
• Attend developer launches, exhibitions, networking events, and private presentations.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, strategic prospecting, and relationship development.
• Deliver a premium client experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity within the Company s CRM system.
