JOB DESCRIPTION

The Investment Advisor Services Sales Support team member delivers and successfully implements sales support related programs within Investment Advisor Services (IAS). Performs client outreach to introduce IAS custody products and services. Supports sales team from a calling and marketing perspective. Works with market level programs to meet unique market needs, while adhering to corporate strategies and standards.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two or more years of sales and outreach experience in the wealth management or custody services industry

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Thorough knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, custody operations and IAS products and services
  • Thorough knowledge, experience and success in cold outreach to advisors
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and creative skills
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade others
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
