Investment Analyst/Associate Nordic infrastructure investor Infranode is looking to add talented individuals to our Investment Management team, based in any of our Nordic offices. As an Investment Analyst/Associate you work as a member of the transaction team, taking responsibility and ownership for assigned workstreams, to ensure effective and responsible execution of selected investment opportunities. The main responsibilities for this position are: Assigned workstreams in the deal making process such as valuation, target company analysis, due diligence, development of business plans as well as internal and external process coordination. The role will also have exposure towards other relevant transaction work stream like debt financing, co-investment processes and transaction documentation with the support from senior transaction team members. To analyse markets and market segments to assist in the deal origination process. To prepare and present documentation and presentations to facilitate the Investment Committee’s decision-making process. To work together with the investment professionals to develop and evaluate different business cases and strategies. To support internal and external valuation teams by providing relevant information To analyse finalised investment projects to ensure continuous improvement. To assist in the fundraising process via contributing in developing material for prospective investors. We believe the ideal candidate should have: A Masters degree with outstanding grades gained from a reputable University Preferably 1-3 years of experience within corporate finance, investment banking, M&A or similar A sound understanding of financial analysis and investment processes with excellent skills in financial modelling. Sector experience from energy, transportation, digital social infrastructure is a plus but not a requirement. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, workstreams and stakeholders Expert in Excel and PowerPoint and proficiency in other MS Office tools Strong presentation and communication skills Fluency in English and minimum one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish) To excel in this position, you have a commercial mindset and strong analytical abilities combined with a high level of integrity. You should be able to demonstrate a personality that allows you to develop relationships built on trust both on a personal and a company level.
