Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As an Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Strategic Finance team, supporting our pan-European expansion by evaluating and validating new real estate and business opportunities. Your analytical mind and technical skillset will be critical for successfully underwriting real estate transactions and conducting market research and due diligence. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for preparing investment proposals, managing data, and assisting in portfolio analysis.

Annual Gross Salary: €45,000 - €50,000

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Financial Analysis: Lead the financial modelling and valuation of potential real estate transactions, including cash flow projections, ROI analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to support investment decisions, including analysing market trends, hospitality performance metrics, and competitive landscapes.
- Due Diligence: Participate in the due diligence process, including reviewing property documents, financial statements, and third-party reports.
- Investment Proposals: Prepare Information Memorandum and general marketing and decision-making materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases with relevant market data and property information to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Portfolio Analysis: Assist in the ongoing management and monitoring of our existing apart-hotel portfolio, including performance analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
