Forum Ventures is hiring an Investment Associate to join our team in Toronto and help us find, fund, and support the next generation of standout B2B technology startups.
We invest in 75+ early-stage companies annually across North America, backing ambitious founders with capital, hands-on support, and a deep founder community. As a member of our investment team, you’ll play a lead role in sourcing top-tier talent, supporting investment decisions, and representing Forum Ventures in the market. This is not a passive role. If you’re looking for a place to learn, build relationships, and make bold bets, you’ll fit right in.

• Source high-potential early-stage startups across North America through outbound sourcing, founder referrals, community engagement, and data tools.
• Manage and evaluate inbound deal flow, from first screen to diligence to final investment recommendation.
• Build strong relationships with founders, operators, investors, and startup ecosystem players. You’ll represent Forum at events, host founder coffees, and share your POV in the market
• Support internal thesis development, including market mapping, trend analysis, and white-space identification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our Platform and Accelerator teams to ensure a world-class experience for the founders we back.
