Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Imperial is delivering a significant and exciting programme of real estate development projects in White City and Old Oak. This includes the next phase of Imperial’s campus at White City which has outline planning consent for c.2.7m sq ft of mixed-use development as well as major assets in Old Oak including the recently purchased Victoria Industrial Estate.
We are looking for two Analysts to work across the White City Development and Investment Office teams. Analysts will play a key role providing both commercial analysis and effective project management, in support of Imperial’s real estate portfolio. Reporting to an Investment Director, you will work on projects ranging from the planning, development, and delivery of new properties to both the acquisition and disposal of land or assets.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong commercial acumen and a demonstrable interest in growing their career in real estate. The role will be varied and provide unparalleled opportunities to gain experience across the entire property lifecycle. The successful candidate will be representing Imperial to a wide stakeholder community, which requires effective communication and networking skills.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

  • To perform financial analysis and modelling in order to make strategic recommendations.
  • To act as an official representative for the College at external meetings on approved opportunities, making decisions under delegated authority.
  • To provide support to the wider team through investigation and analysis of industry and market trends to capitalise on new opportunities amidst competition and constant change in the micro and macro environment.
