Description
Investment Screening & Market Research: Support the identification and evaluation of private debt investment opportunities across the DACH region and broader Western European markets, including the Benelux, Nordics and UK
Financial Analysis & Modelling: Build and maintain financial models, perform financial, valuation and credit analyses, and support the assessment of prospective investment opportunities
Due Diligence Support: Assist in the coordination and review of financial, commercial, legal and tax due diligence workstreams
Investment Committee & Deal Execution: Prepare financial analyses, investment memoranda and supporting materials for internal approval processes
Portfolio Monitoring: Support the monitoring of portfolio company performance, analyse financial and operational developments, and contribute to ongoing credit assessments and reporting
