The Investment Analyst will be responsible for conducting investment analysis, research/execution in public equity and private credit, financial modeling, portfolio management, and providing financial insights and recommendations. He/she will work closely with the investment team to evaluate potential investment opportunities and assist in the execution of investment strategies.

Job Description: -
a) Perform financial due diligence and analysis on prospective projects and recommend an investment decision.
b) Develop an investment policy aligned to the company strategy and an investment criteria for evaluating prospective projects
c) Develop complex financial models and analyses legal documents that enhance return on investment of projects and financial planning.
d) Preparation financial documents for presentation to potential and current investors on specific investments
e) Compile advisory reports and make informed recommendations on new investment opportunities and funds that could enhance or diversify portfolios
f) Liaising with other fund managers, legal advisers, stock market traders, stockbrokers and regulators with a view to expanding funding access while improving market perception.
g) Conducting market research on the industry and gather market intelligence to enhance
management of funds.
h) Ensuring that all investment compliance regulations are met.
i) Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
