KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Research & Deal Sourcing

  • Analyze financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify investment opportunities.
  • Monitor and track potential deals, ensuring they align with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Financial Analysis, Model Creation & Investment Strategy

  • Develop, refine, and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess investment opportunities.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessment to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts to create valuation models, forecasts, and risk assessments.

Business Development, Sales & Investor Relations

  • Identify, connect with, and establish long-term relationships with venture capital firms, private equity funds, and institutional investors.
  • Actively network, pitch projects, and negotiate deals to drive investment activity.
  • Lead and coordinate high-level investor meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Support the development and management of strategic relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.

CRM & Deal Pipeline Management

  • Maintain and update the company’s CRM system to track investor interactions and deal progress.
  • Ensure accurate data input, track client interactions, and generate insightful reports.
  • Streamline processes to enhance CRM efficiency and usability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other investment teams to align financial insights with strategic goals.
  • Partner with marketing and operational teams to support growth initiatives
