The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in advancing investment operations by developing a deep understanding of existing tools and products, with emphasis on business capabilities and risk-oriented workflows. This role requires balancing short-term operational demands with long- term strategic objectives focused on modernization, growth, and sustainability.
Serve as a strategic liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to extract, analyze, document, and validate requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Facilitate the development and refinement of product requirements, support backlog grooming, and collaborate closely with the Product Manager to deliver continuous enhancements
Proven collaboration with operations and investment professionals, with a strong understanding of Investment Book of Records (IBOR) and investment workflows working with financial data sets, including data query, analysis, and management
Experience in SimCorp Dimension and CRD
Investment operation and Exchange Traded Fund (ETF)
Understanding the investment business will put a candidate at an advantage.
