Requirements

• 2 – 3 years industry experience at Analyst level, and 4 – 5 years at Associate level
• Relevant buy side experience in RE PE or Investment Management business preferred

International PE / Investment Management business with a Real Estate AUM of over £2BN, are looking for an two new hires for the London based Investment team. They need an Associate and also an Analyst to help deploy capital across the UK . They are sector agnostic and own a very varied portfolio already, including offices industrial, retail, hotels and residential alternatives. The roles include supporting in executing RE Investment strategy by screening and origination of investment deal flow, underwriting (cashflow financial model and asset level business plan), due diligence, structuring and execution of transactions, monitoring and divestments.
