This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, direct involvement in value creation initiatives, and a clear pathway for talented professionals from consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance backgrounds to build a career on the buy-side.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, or accounting.
  • Ability to operate independently while thriving in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on portfolio companies, assessing business strategy, operational effectiveness, financial performance, and industry trends.
  • Identify and support the execution of value creation opportunities, such as strategy refocusing, operational improvements, balance sheet optimisation, and restructuring.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models (DCF, DDM, comparables, precedent transactions) with scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.
  • Partner with senior management and boards to deliver strategic and operational outcomes.
  • Contribute to discussions on portfolio synergies and opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth.
