What do we rely on at ENCAVIS? The sun. The wind. And on you.
Welcome to the world of Encavis! At Encavis, everything revolves around the power of the sun, the wind and the more than 200 people who together are helping to shape the energy system of the future. What exactly do we do? We make renewable energy economically viable. Our core business is the acquisition and operation of solar and wind parks throughout Europe. Already today, we are one of the leading group-independent electricity producers in the field of renewable energies. And we are continuing to grow. What does that mean for you? The opportunity to move, shape and change a lot. As part of a multinational team that enjoys helping the energy transition to succeed.
There is a lot to be said for your move to Encavis - but your expertise and experience speak for themselves! What can you expect with us? Varied tasks in a team in which you will quickly take on a key role in managing our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) related Projects.

Your sunny outlook:

  • Analyzing the business cases of Battery Energy Storage Systems (focusing on hybridized, collocated systems) with deep views into the dynamics of the electricity markets across Europe
  • Managing our BESS related project partners regarding development timelines, milestones, and project budgets from early stage to ready-to-build stage
  • Developing a strong understanding of the correlated PV and Wind businesses
  • Identifying new business and development opportunities and supporting commercial negotiations regarding development services with prospective partners
  • Coordinating development and investment progress internally across departments

We’ll get wind of that soon:

  • With a degree in Finance or Engineering, you bring a strong foundation in analytical and technical disciplines
  • You have accumulated over three years of hands-on experience in the renewable energy storage sector, particularly in project development, construction, or electricity trading
  • Your ability to navigate diverse cultural settings reflects strong intercultural competence
  • Fluency in both German and English allows you to communicate effectively in international environments
  • Known for your initiative, you thrive in fast-paced settings and approach challenges with a proactive mindset
  • You are open to business travel and flexible in adapting to different work locations
  • As a collaborative team member, you contribute positively and help foster a constructive work atmosphere
