ITE Management, a leading investment manager specializing in the transportation sector, is looking for an investment associate to join its dynamic and rapidly growing Investment team in London. Founded in 2014, ITE targets real asset investment opportunities that are cash yielding with downside protection, and benefit from a team with deep, longstanding relationships and financial and operating expertise. Today, the firm manages over $12bn of assets globally across rail, intermodal, aviation, and emerging technology strategies with office locations in New York City (HQ), Chicago, St. Louis and London. The successful candidate will be an integral member of a small, dynamic deal team, providing immediate exposure to senior leadership and meaningful responsibility from day one. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-profile transactions in the transportation space, including: Investments across portfolios of assets and operating platforms Development of joint ventures with world-class operating partners Strategic financings and structured capital solutions This role offers significant breadth and depth across European geographies, industries and investment structures, giving you a truly holistic perspective on the transportation investment landscape. Key Responsibilities Conduct fundamental valuation and financial modelling for potential transactions Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, operating metrics and market dynamics Support end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, structuring, negotiations and closing Review and help coordinate legal documentation, commercial contracts and transaction materials Prepare high-quality investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Engage directly with management teams, advisors, lenders and operating partners Contribute to portfolio monitoring, performance analysis and value-creation initiatives What We Offer A unique opportunity to help build and shape the new London office within an established global platform Exposure to complex and impactful transactions with meaningful responsibility early on A collaborative culture that values analytical rigor, creativity and professional growth Competitive compensation and long-term career development opportunities 4+ years of experience in private equity, infrastructure or credit investing, and/or investment banking. Familiarity with the transportation sector is a plus Strong academic record with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) from a top-tier institution, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Rigorous attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and the ability to think critically A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment An interest in transportation, real assets and long-term fundamental investing Proficiency in English. Fluency in another European language (e.g. French, German or Italian) is a plus

Responsibilities

The role involves conducting fundamental valuation and financial modelling to support end-to-end deal execution for transportation assets. Responsibilities also include preparing investment memos and contributing to portfolio monitoring and value-creation initiatives.
