: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a strong work ethic, and a passion for finance.   Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis Perform market research and industry analysis Assist in the preparation of pitch books and client presentations Support senior bankers in executing transactions Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather information and insights   Qualifications: At least 2 years of relevant experience – Accounting, Investment Banking, Strategy, Due diligence, Valuation     Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA an advantage Strong analytical and quantitative skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PPT and financial modeling Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyze and value businesses Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Fluent English Highest level of ethics
