Good exposure to working on live transactions and collaborating with colleagues across the US, Asia and Europe.   Critical role in deal execution: Work closely with clients and execution teams on live transactions, including sell-side and buy-side mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, and capital raisings Strategic analysis: Through complex financial, structural, and business risk analysis, support transactions and client presentations New business development: Actively participate in the effort to pitch and win new mandates from clients, leverage proprietary content and generate value-additive ideas Team management and development: Work with other analysts to execute deliverables for clients and support the training and mentoring of junior analyst professionals      Requirements Outstanding academic qualifications Prior full time investment banking experience. Experience within the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
