  • The RoleAs an Analyst, you will be an integral member of deal teams across both transaction execution and new business activity.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting the execution of M&A, capital markets and strategic advisory transactions
  • Building detailed financial models and undertaking valuation, transaction and scenario analysis
  • Conducting company, industry and market analysis
  • Preparing DCF, comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
  • Assisting with transaction structuring and the evaluation of strategic alternatives
  • Preparing high-quality client presentations, pitch materials and transaction documentation
  • Supporting and coordinating due diligence processes
  • Working directly with senior bankers, clients, advisers and transaction counterparties
  • Supporting senior team members on origination and new business opportunities
  • Developing a strong understanding of clients, sectors and broader market dynamics
