Job DescriptionIn this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Consolidation and financial analysis of a major Ubisoft brand:
• In close collaboration with the business unit's finance director, the senior producer and the project management team: you will participate in the development of the brand strategy, business models through the production of recommendations, scenarios and quantified risk studies.
• Analysis and reporting: team workload plans (staffing) and their budgetary translation, monitoring and optimization of external expenses, co-developers, complete P&L in connection with the business and any other ad hoc request, while taking into account the financial constraints of the group.
• Support and facilitation of progress meetings or any other project review (Studio, Business Unit, HQ…), financial representation of the project to the group's financial bodies or any other function involved.
• Quarterly budget review process, monitoring of monthly actuals within the scope (projects and their impacts for the studio), in compliance with the established budget framework.
• Supporting the dissemination of financial culture within the brand's projects.
• Participate in the improvement of processes and tools with the objective of better equipping management in its financial monitoring and decision-making, particularly via Power BI and/or with the help of agentic AI.

Qualifications

• You have significant experience in management control or financial analysis, ideally in a multi-site environment and ideally in contact with game production;
• You have a good command of financial and accounting techniques: consolidation, financial analysis of accounting statements, financial reporting in a production environment;
• You have a solid knowledge of Excel and Power BI;
• You demonstrate a strong analytical ability and rigor;
• You are comfortable leading your topics independently, communicating effectively, and convincing your interlocutors;
• You are comfortable communicating and collaborating with non-financial stakeholders, you demonstrate pragmatism and an ability to find compromises that address multiple constraints.
• You can communicate in English with your non-French-speaking peers and are comfortable in a multicultural environment;
• Knowledge of the video game industry and the financial models of its players would be an asset.
