Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our Energy and Power coverage team. The Associate will be primarily focused with our Power Utilities and Renewables team in Charlotte, NC.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in analyzing companies and client investments
• Review and analyze market data, valuation analyses, models, and presentations that require research, evaluation, selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgment
• Present recommendations for resolving business challenges and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal and external customers
• Develop Investment Banking Analyst talent
