JOB DESCRIPTION
Infrastructure Finance & Advisory (or “IFA”) has a global mandate to advise clients on financing and raising capital for infrastructure projects. The group works with its coverage, product and markets’ teams to develop and execute financing solutions for infrastructure projects across digital / telecom, power (including renewables), transportation, oil & gas and energy transition sectors. The group’s London-based team is focused on Europe, Middle East, Central Asia & Africa – comprised of experts in project finance, bonds, loans, structured products & derivatives.
The team is looking for a capable, motivated, team-oriented individual who has experience in project and/or infrastructure finance. The team is dynamic, doubling in size over five years, with increasing firmwide focus on the asset class. Candidates that have strong experience of building project financing models are highly encouraged to apply with the expectation that they continue to develop models within the role. The analyst / associate will be spearheading execution work across M&A, debt advisory, restructurings, ratings advisory and financings. While prior background in IFA’s target sectors are beneficial, the group is inherently product, region & sector agnostic, providing team members a generalist overview.
The team is comprised of 13 individuals in EMEA, with senior members sitting right next to junior members, offering senior exposure within IFA & externally. The individual would be client – facing from the onset, underpinned by the firm’s mission, commitment to success and code of conduct.
