Job Title: Investment Compliance Manager In Office located in OKC, Oklahoma - some remote work allowed.

Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Investment Compliance Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our investment reporting team. This role focuses on managing capital calls, distribution notices, and NAV statement reviews, ensuring all investor communications meet legal, regulatory, and internal standards. What You’ll Do

  • Review and coordinate capital call and distribution notices to ensure accuracy and compliance with LP agreements and fund guidelines.
  • Validate monthly and quarterly NAV statements from fund administrators, confirming valuations are correct and reports are complete.
  • Track investor reporting timelines and flag delays or issues.
  • Work closely with legal, accounting, and investor relations to ensure communications align with offering documents and investor expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of capital activity and reporting history for audits and internal reviews.
  • Assist with audits, due diligence requests, and regulatory exams by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to streamline reporting processes and strengthen internal controls.
  • Manage compliance calendars, document retention, and other operational compliance tasks.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in fund operations, administration, or compliance—ideally in private equity, venture capital, or asset management.
  • Knowledge of capital calls, distributions, NAVs, and investor reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with fund admin systems or investor portals.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with Arch, Eton AtlasFive, or Addepar is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working directly with fund administrators or custodians.
  • Solid understanding of fund financials and valuation methods.
  • A proactive mindset with strong risk awareness.
  • Exposure to AML/KYC processes or investor onboarding.
