REQUIREMENTS

  • University Master Degree in economics or finance
  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution
  • Strongs interest in commercial activities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, strong costumer orientation attitude
  • Proficiency in English
  • Enrollment recommended but not mandatory in the OCF (Organismo Di Vigilanza dell’albo unico dei consulenti finanziari)
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a candidate to be join our client facing department (Advisory team), who are responsible for all one to one interactions with our retail clients. The investment consultant, through remote contact channels (telephone, video call, chat, email), will contribute to build strong customer relationships and will aim to accompany customers throughout their investment journey in Moneyfarm. The consultant, who will be assigned qualitative and quantitative objectives, will be -in a first phase- supported by a more experienced Investment Consultant in order to optimise the customer experience and the efficiency of the results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a spokesperson for Moneyfarm, delivering an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact
  • Build a strong knowledge of Moneyfarm’s products and platform
  • Be responsible for a book of clients, actively reaching out to new and existing clients to grow their assets under management through email, phone or via video call
  • Communicate to our clients the views of our expert portfolio managers on how we invest our client’s wealth and financial markets as a whole.
  • Provide clear and concise guidance and simplified advice to help clients to reach their financial goals
  • Work closely with other departments on additional projects to help improve overall client experience
  • Keep the CRM database (Salesforce) up to date with all client contact
