REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (secondary market experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of investment-focused selling and ROI calculation.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Driven, proactive, and target-focused attitude.
• RERA certified or willing to obtain certification.
• UAE driving license and own car preferred.

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing ready (secondary market) properties with strong investment potential.
• Identify high-yield opportunities based on market trends and capital appreciation zones.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and property portals.
• Conduct client meetings, property tours, and investment briefings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, rental yields, ROI metrics, and project launches.
• Build long-term relationships with investors and landlords.
• Handle negotiations and close deals with confidence and accuracy.
