Working in a senior role as part of a tight knit high-performing team at the heart of its regional business community, the purpose of this role is to lead and originate transactions and win mandates, complete investments and manage portfolio companies efficiently and effectively.
You’ll be responsible for completing at least 1 – 2 deals per year in a lead role and have responsibility for portfolio management, as a Director on the relevant Boards, of between 1 - 3 LDC portfolio companies per year.
On a day to day basis, you’ll take a lead role on the day to day analysis and execution of investments and for potential investments evaluate the investment strategy, value creation opportunity, current management, market positioning and critical financial issues in order to identify the key opportunities and risks associated with the investment.
You’ll present potential investments to committee and drive the investment process to ensure a timely and successful completion as well as taking a lead role in the structuring and negotiation of investments, identifying issues and creating solutions where necessary.
will be responsible for building and maintaining networks of intermediaries, advisors and corporates from which to source investment opportunities.
