MISSION

Within the IFS Structuring Domiciliation & Distribution Department, Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Luxembourg) is looking for a Legal Officer whose main missions will be to ensure the legal structuration of investment funds, the review of related agreements and the follow-up of the investment funds social life

• Be the main point of contact for any legal matter for the investment funds business
• Assist clients in setting up, drafting documents (prospectus, agreements, circular resolutions, notices…), and in the investment funds marketing process
• Follow-up of the corporate life of the investment funds: participation in the Board Meetings, General Meetings and support the Domiciliation team on legal aspectsUnderstand clients’ needs, negotiate with their external lawyers, make tailored recommendations and provide assistance
