Description

Conduct sector and company research across active investment mandates, including market sizing, competitive landscape mapping, and thematic deep-dives Build and maintain comparable company analysis (trading and transaction comps) for valuation benchmarking Assist in preparing management update materials, deal pipeline trackers, and investment committee briefing packs Support deal screening by summarising teasers and CIMs into structured preliminary screening memos Assist in maintaining deal flow logs and tracking follow-up actions across active processes Provide ad-hoc analytical support on live transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence coordination, and counterparty research Fresh graduates or final-year students from top-tier universities, preferably with degrees in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or Business. Strong foundational knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, corporate finance principles, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Prior internship experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Big 4 Transaction Services is highly preferred. Fluency in Mandarin (a strong plus).

Responsibilities

Conduct sector and company research to support investment mandates and valuation benchmarking. Assist in deal screening, financial modelling, and the preparation of investment committee materials.
