Key Responsibilities

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industries, companies, and macroeconomic trends to evaluate potential investments. Analyze financial statements, valuation metrics, and market data to support investment decisions.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models , comparable company analysis, and scenario modeling.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare detailed reports, investment memos, and presentations summarizing research findings and investment recommendations for the investment team, senior management, and clients.
  • Portfolio Support: Monitor portfolio positions and market movements, providing timely updates to the investment team. Assist with performance attribution calculations and portfolio data reconciliations.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and enter data for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare data for investment meetings, attend them, and take comprehensive minutes to document key discussions and decisions.
  • Due Diligence: Assist in preparing product due diligence materials for the investment team’s review.

Skills and Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for modeling and analysis, and PowerPoint for presentations are essential.
  • Analytical & Numerical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a keen attention to detail are crucial for evaluating complex financial information.
  • Soft Skills: An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
