Who You Are You have 3 – 6 years of experience, preferably at an Am Law top 100 firm. Regulatory experience with the SEC’s Division of Investment Management is also valued. You are located in New York, Denver, or Washington DC. You have excellent experience with registered investment advisers and investment companies – including registered alternative asset funds and other SEC-registered products. You have drafted key corporate governance documents for registered advisers and registered investment companies. You have experience advising private fund clients and their advisers on the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, general securities laws and issues relating to registration, exemptions, compliance, governance and product structure. You have outstanding writing and analytical skills and top academic credentials. You are eager to be part of a collaborative and dynamic group of specialists. You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.
