Investment Management Legal & Compliance Manager

Work Pattern: Full Time and Hybrid (1 day a week in London)

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced lawyer with solid investment management legal experience, having a good understanding of key agreements such as IMAs, ISDAs etc and preferably a strong understanding of investment management related regulations.
Our vision is to be a trusted partner to the business and delivering an excellent service to our institutional clients, in a commercially sensitive manner, protecting the firm and clients from legal and regulatory harm.
This role sits within the combined Legal & Compliance function of MS Amlin Investment Management Limited (MS AIML), reporting to the General Counsel. This is a highly visible role that will involve collaborating with colleagues across the organisation and our senior leadership team & Board.
MS AIML is the regulated investment management company of the MS Amlin brand (MSA). MSA is wholly owned by the MS&AD Group. The investment clients of MS AIML include MSA companies and others in the wider MS&AD group.
