Work closely with the MSIM GC and Deputy GC in driving the day-to-day operations of the MSIM Legal department. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement business transformation, maintain operational standards, and support an inclusive workplace culture. Ensure proactive delivery and balancing strategic objectives with operational responsibilities. Duties may expand according to evolving needs, potentially including international coordination and additional support for new business areas. Experience in a senior operational or COO position within a legal, compliance, or financial services context. Proficient leadership, organizational, and people management skills. Demonstrated capability in transformation initiatives, project management, and results delivery in a matrixed environment. Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing abilities. Analytical skills with experience in financial and resource management. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $205,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
