Position: Investment Manager

Salary: AED 10,000 (fixed) + performance-based incentives

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in investment management, real estate investment, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of investment structures, financial instruments, and capital markets.
• Proven track record in raising capital, structuring deals, and closing investments.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, ACCA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Investment Manager will be responsible for overseeing investment strategies, managing investor relations, and driving the execution of deals from sourcing to closure. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, negotiation expertise, and a proven track record in investment or real estate management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and monitor investment strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and structure profitable investment opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
• Manage and nurture relationships with high-net-worth investors, institutional clients, and stakeholders.
• Oversee due diligence processes, legal documentation, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare and present investment reports, proposals, and portfolio performance updates to senior management and investors.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, sales) to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Monitor existing investments and recommend strategies for maximizing ROI and mitigating risks.
• Lead and mentor junior sales advisors or analysts within the investment division.
