We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our Italian team in Milan.

• Relevant logistics real-estate investment experience on the Italian market.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Sourcing, underwriting and closing logistics yielding asset acquisitions.
• Developing a sourcing strategy for the Italian market.
• Building and maintaining a broker network in collaboration with the local team.
• Establishing standard processes for acquisitions and disposals based on best market practices.
• Strong financial acumen, superior communication, and listening skills, which will be critical for growth within the organization.Language skills: Italian (native or bilingual), English (professional working level).
