This capital comes from over 1,500 investors who have collectively invested in over 100 PE & VC funds.
In our expanding organization, we are seeking a Investment Manager Private Credit, who will be the primary expert in the firm’s privatedebt/credit product offerings. You will play a central role in developing, promoting, anddriving the sales and investment strategy for the product while maintaining an externalfacing presence as the spokesperson for the offering. You will collaborate closely withinternal investment teams, but your primary focus will be on understanding marketneeds, building relationships with investors, and leading the commercial execution todrive product uptake and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and commercialization of the firm’s private debt/credit product, including sales execution and product positioning.
  • Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to attract institutional investors, family offices, and private wealth channels.
  • Represent the product externally at investor meetings, conferences, and industry events, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as a product expert and thought leader, delivering compelling investor presentations and responding to inquiries with strategic insight.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (investment, legal, risk, operations) to ensure product alignment with investor needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive the creation and execution of marketing and sales materials, including pitch decks, brochures, and detailed offering documents.
  • Monitor product performance, track KPIs (capital raised, investor engagement, etc.), and provide actionable insights to inform growth strategies.
  • Contribute to ongoing product development and refinement based on market trends, investor feedback, and competitive analysis.
