Our client is a leading real estate investment firm listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), with a strong focus on delivering long-term, sustainable value to its investors. The company manages a diversified portfolio of quality assets across multiple sectors and geographies. They are seeking an Investment Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving strategic growth through targeted acquisitions and asset enhancements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field .
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate investment, asset management, business development, or investment advisory .
  • Strong exposure to the real estate industry , ideally in the living sector or similar asset classes.
  • Proven ability in financial modelling , investment evaluation, and transaction management.
  • Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects is an advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.Strong communication and presentation skills, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
