We have over 900 employees and 200 Wealth Planners who provide wealth management and financial planning services to individuals and corporate clients across the UK via our network of offices.
Due to our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Investment Operations Administrator to join us. In this role you will utilise your excellent organisational and administrative skills to enable our Planners to maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
We are looking for someone who is process orientated and has a keen eye for detail to ensure that client information is always accurate and that the business is well supported in delivering an outstanding service to our customers.

YOU:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail orientated individual with excellent numeracy skills and a good level of knowledge of Investment platforms.

Responsibilities

· Maintaining trading workflow by carrying out trades on clients’ accounts in line with Succession Wealth’s procedures & Service Level Agreements.
· Obtaining and maintaining competence in all primary Investment Trading Platforms, including IFDL, 7IM, Transact, Abrdn & Aviva.
· Managing your diary and trades workflow effectively to ensure time sensitive objectives are met and ensuring great customer outcomes.
· Maintaining the integrity of Trades processes and systems – identifying and escalating risks as appropriate.
· Carrying out quality control review processes, enhancing existing processes and looking for continuous improvement opportunities.
