• Risk Compliance: Leading the enhancement of investment risk monitoring framework and ensuring compliance with risk policies and guidelines.
• Daily Operations Management: Oversee the execution of core investment operations processes such as capital call settlement, reconciliation, cash management, and reporting. Ensure that all activities are performed in line with established procedures and timelines.
• Management Reporting: Lead coordination with external investment partners to receive information in order to prepare timely investment performance and financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Implementation of Investment program: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of investment decisions. Coordinate operational aspects of new investment and strategies, including onboarding and integration.
• Coordination with external service providers: Lead coordination with service providers (Administrator and others), review and provide feedback on their work streams.
• Team building and support: Collaborate and support investment team, Senior leadership and other internal departments (i.e. legal, finance etc.) in respect to implementation of investment program and addressing queries, resolving issues and achieving a high level of service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance operational workflows to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and support scalability. Lead or participate in projects aimed at automating or streamlining processes. Build the analytical basis for performance-improvement initiatives, then work alongside VPs and Directors through implementation to materialize the impact.
• Conduct industry and company research for portfolio reviews and Investment Committee purposes.
• Consolidate management and operational information from OpCos per the prescribed reporting templates, and contribute to IC and PRC document preparation and presentation.
• Interface with portfolio-company management and third-party advisors.

Investment

• Execute M&A transactions at the IDO or portfolio-company level: lead the process, coordinate workstreams, and manage third-party advisors through to completion.
• Build full financial models, projections, and valuations to support each transaction.
• Conduct industry and company research for in-house due diligence and initial Investment Committee review.
• Follow up on the commercial and financial due diligence undertaken by third-party advisors.
