Description

Risk Compliance: Leading the enhancement of investment risk monitoring framework and ensuring compliance with risk policies and guidelines.
Daily Operations Management: Oversee the execution of core investment operations processes such as capital call settlement, reconciliation, cash management, and reporting. Ensure that all activities are performed in line with established procedures and timelines.
Management Reporting: Lead coordination with external investment partners to receive information in order to prepare timely investment performance and financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annually).
Implementation of Investment program: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of investment decisions. Coordinate operational aspects of new investment and strategies, including onboarding and integration.
Coordination with external service providers: Lead coordination with service providers (Administrator and others), review and provide feedback on their work streams.
Team building and support: Collaborate and support investment team, Senior leadership and other internal departments (i.e. legal, finance etc.) in respect to implementation of investment program and addressing queries, resolving issues and achieving a high level of service delivery.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance operational workflows to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and support scalability. Lead or participate in projects aimed at automating or streamlining processes
