POSITION SUMMARY

The Investment Operations Associate will serve as a member of the investment team and may be involved in all aspects of the company’s investment operations processes. The position requires a passion for faith-based investing and solid knowledge of global financial markets. This individual should have a keen interest in supporting day-to-day trade processes and auditing investment performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (finance or economics preferred)
  • Series 65 registration is required prior to employment
  • 1-2 years of trading experience is required
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrates ownership of tasks and projects
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • A high degree of professionalism and work ethic
  • Strong listening skills
  • Can-do attitude and high energy

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willingness to pursue CIPM designation within one year of hire
  • Knowledge of some or all of the following systems is a strong plus: Tamarac, Redtail, Charles Schwab
Responsibilities
  • Review daily incoming deposit and outgoing withdrawal reports and transact to ensure client account cash levels are appropriate.
  • Process client cashiering requests.
  • Review client accounts to ensure investment allocations are aligned with client investment objectives (drift testing).
  • Responsible for trade order creation and execution, including tax loss harvesting strategies and global rebalances.
  • Generate investment proposals
  • Responsible for client reporting support and data entry.
  • Assist with monthly composite audit, quarterly fact sheet generation, and annual GIPS verification.
