The Investment Operations Associate is responsible for providing middle office investment support across various investment platforms.  This position supports operations on Fixed Rate Investments and PTMA Financial Solutions provides treasury, liquidity, and investment services to more than 12,000 public entities and 1,000+ financial institutions nationwide. With hubs in Denver and Naperville and staff across the U.S., we are committed to strengthening communities through financial expertise, innovative technology, and a client-first approach. We are seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join our Naperville team (hybrid schedule: in-office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote Tuesday and Friday). This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and detail-oriented, supporting the processing and verification of certificates of deposit (CDs), data stewardship, account setup, reporting, and a variety of beginning- and end-of-month tasks. You will also provide coverage for teammates during absences and collaborate with colleagues to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong organizational skills, and sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is required, with a banking or financial services background preferred. Success in this role requires excellent communication, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines, and a collaborative mindset.
