We are currently looking for an Investment Operations Expert ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in back-office operations, preferably within wealth management, private banking, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlements, and reconciliation processes
  • Familiarity with wealth management platforms, CRM systems, and operational tools
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in wealth management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software
  • You will work in an international environment, so you will need to speak English fluently

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day back-office operations, including trade processing, settlements, and reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate and timely client onboarding, account maintenance, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and exceptions in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with front-office teams, custodians, and other external partners to ensure seamless transaction processing
  • Maintain and update operational procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards
  • Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist in audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring all documentation and processes meet compliance requirements
  • Provide training and support to team members on operational processes and systems
