Investment Operations Specialist – Wealth Management We are a fast-growing Chicagoland wealth management firm seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to lead our client onboarding process, streamline trade workflows, and maintain portfolio accuracy. Our culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and client-centric. Key responsibilities: * Managing the account opening process and ensuring timely account opening and funding. * Conducting client calls to gather statements, compliance requirements and assistance with account transfers and rollovers. * Updating client account records within company database * Communicating effectively with clients in person, in writing, and over the telephone. * Collaborating with CPA and attorney partners for trust and complex account processes. * Assisting prospects and clients with online website registration and providing technical support when needed. * Securities trading across brokerage and advisory platforms * Communicating, implementing, and ensuring company compliance with policies and regulations * Managing assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree * Series 7, 63 and SIE required (or obtained withing 6 months of hire) * 1-3 years of financial industry experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities * Resourcefulness and dependability with a strong work ethic Benefits * Salary range $60k-75k depending on experience * Medical/Dental/Vision insurance * 401k with match * Paid time off This role is ideal for someone confident communicating with high-net-worth clients who value precision, professionalism, and delivering exceptional client experience.
