Investment Performance Reporting Analyst

4900 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144-2302
Qualified candidate must be able to report to the Brooklyn, OH location (Tiedeman) at least 1 day per week.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferred Accounting, Finance or Economics) or equivalent work experience
Theoretical understanding of securities and how their processing impacts performance
Strong accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience with Microsoft Excel
Effective time management skills and strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Strong organization skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently
Positive and professional attitude
Embrace Continuous Improvement workplace culture
Preferred Qualifications
Securities operations experience
Knowledge of Global Plus Custody System
