Source off-market residential properties through inbound leads, outreach, referrals, and partnerships Build relationships with sellers, agents, and wholesalers to unlock deal flow Analyze properties using comps, repair estimates, and investment models Make offers and negotiate win-win purchase agreements Partner with our in-house Dispositions team to drive contracts to close What We’re Looking For? At least two years of experience in real estate, wholesaling, flipping, or direct sales Or strong sales background with a passion for real estate investing Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport and close deals with empathy and confidence Self-motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one (we’ll help guide you) What You’ll Gain?
