Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an Investment Real Estate Agent to assist clients in identifying and securing profitable property investments in Abu Dhabi. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities based on market trends.
• Conduct property evaluations to determine potential ROI.
• Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate and close high-value investment property deals.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and developers.
• Collaborate with financial analysts, brokers, and legal teams to facilitate transactions.
