Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on investment opportunities in residential, commercial, and off-plan properties
  • Analyze market trends, ROI projections, and financial data to support client decisions
  • Build and manage relationships with investors, developers, and institutional clients
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and investment consultations
  • Structure and negotiate deals that align with client objectives and financial goals
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes, tax implications, and market developments
  • Maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of investment deals

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate investment sales or financial advisory
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and investment landscape
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus
  • Professional demeanor with a consultative, client-first approach
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, CRM platforms, and investment reporting tools
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
