Description
Multifamily Investment Sales Advisor With offices booming across the country, we are now looking to continue our growth by adding talented Multifamily Investment Sales Advisors to our team. This position will be focused on the front range and will be expected to travel within the territory as needed. Ideally this candidate will have experience in multifamily investment sales but other roles in CRE or sales will be considered. This is a high commission, 1099 contract position. Responsibilities Advising clients on real estate trends and their individualized real estate investment strategies Sourcing new client and nurturing existing relationships Represent clients through utilizing MMG’s industry best practices to promote real estate investment opportunities and secure advantageous offers Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions Preparing thoughtful analyses and effectively communication client deliverables, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), Offering Memoranda (OM), property comp reports, and market research reports Presenting marketing proposals to clients Market & advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques Manage flow of documentation and communication between client, transaction team, extended team such as service lines, and external co-brokers Provide ongoing support with current transactions- including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews and financial analysis. Also, schedule, coordinate, and lead property tours and appointments Continue to monitor local market sales and development activity as a means of continually updating client market awareness Staying current on industry trends through utilizing multiple research tools and data sources Strengthen and coordinate client management and network relationships Attend networking events Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Business, Sales, Real Estate or Finance degrees strongly preferred Active Real Estate License or Willing to obtain Real Estate License Strong research and data analysis capabilities Positive attitude, team-oriented and driven to succeed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be action-oriented, collaborative, a self-starter and customer focused Will need to travel to property locations within their market Proficiency working on Microsoft Office programs – primarily Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook MMG Real Estate Advisors is an Equal Opportunity Employer that celebrates diversity!
