Job Description We are looking for an AI-driven Quality Analyst to strengthen our integration testing capabilities within trading platforms. In this role, you will combine traditional QA expertise with artificial intelligence techniques to enhance test automation, defect detection, and overall testing efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design and execute integration test plans, with a strong focus on automation Apply AI tools for automated test generation, anomaly detection, and regression testing Validate AI components and machine learning models within trading platforms Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues Perform defect identification, documentation, tracking, and regression verification Produce detailed test reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments supported by AI-driven insights Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring defects Drive continuous improvement initiatives within QA processes Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate AI-based testing methodologies Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience testing backend or middleware applications (preferably within banking or brokerage systems) Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to software testing Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools (e.g., automated test generation, anomaly detection solutions) Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting, particularly in Python Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and integration testing methodologies Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret AI outputs and refine testing strategies accordingly Proficiency in Linux environments, including shell command execution, file and process management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting Experience with scripting and automation to support testing and integration activities Strong root cause analysis skills, including log analysis and diagnostic tooling Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in complex technical environments Additional Information The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
