Perform manual and automated testing to validate system interactions. Identify, document, and track defects; perform regression testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in design/code reviews. Provide test reports, metrics, and QA sign-off. Support continuous improvement of testing processes and automation coverage. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience testing Back-end/middleware applications. Proficiency in Python, Linux, and test automation tools. Strong understanding of SDLC, integration testing, and root cause analysis. Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills. Fluent in English (C1). Banking or brokerage sector experience is a plus.
