Start with heart. The Investment Services Assistant serves in a dual capacity, supporting both Pentucket Bank and Osaic. Performs functions in the support of sales and service of prospective and current customers with the objectives of excellent client service, strong compliance with regulatory standards, and program profitability. Serves clients directly to accommodate client’s needs, financial goals, and objectives. Provides the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and employees. Independently Prepares and reviews all new account paperwork for accuracy and completeness, of information. Maintains and updates prospect and customer profile information with precision and attention to detail. Completes routine maintenance, service requests, account servicing, and transactional requests efficiently and accurately. Executes customer communication strategies including mailings, digital correspondence, and events, ensuring timely and professional delivery. Coordinates branch and employee training and activity programs. Follows all established audit and compliance procedures. Refers sales opportunities to other departments or bank affiliates in support of established objectives.· Applies step-by-step processes reliably to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail when entering or reviewing customer and financial data, minimizing errors and rework. Organizes and maintains comprehensive records to support audits, compliance, and operational efficiency. Proactively identifies and corrects discrepancies or incomplete information prior to processing. Effectively balances multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and service excellence. Continuously integrates feedback and training to refine processes, improve efficiency, and enhance independent execution. Actively stays current on all Bank products, services, procedures, policies, and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements by regularly attending team meetings, completing mandatory training on schedule, and applying knowledge to ensure accuracy and compliance in daily operations. Ensures adherence to federal and state laws, regulations, and bank policies by preventing violations, minimizing risks, and safeguarding the Bank’s interests. Verifies transactions and account balances, ensuring compliance with bank policies and state and federal regulations and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), as applicable to the role. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Insurance and securities licenses preferred or willingness to obtain within two years of employment. Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative, investment services, or financial operations experience preferred Strong organizational and oral and written communication skills. Strong technology skills, including knowledge of word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
