About the role:

• Lead business analysis across complex investment and technology transformation initiatives.
• Analyse and redesign end-to-end investment processes, from portfolio construction and implementation through trade execution and settlement.
• Elicit and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse investment product data and front-to-back data flows to support solution and process design.
• Partner with portfolio management, trading, investment operations, technology, architecture, data and testing teams.
• Influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Maintain requirements traceability through design, development, testing, implementation and benefits realisation.
• Support PMS and/or OMS implementations and enhancements, including testing, implementation and change activities.
